Real Property Group Pty Limited (RPG) was established in 1992 as an independent property valuation and advisory firm with its head office based in North Sydney. The firm is actively engaged in valuing and advising on property matters to financial, property, legal and Government organisations throughout Australia. The company has grown to become one of the largest and most highly respected firms of its kind in Australia.

RPG has also developed and patented a valuation system that is world class. In fact, due to the effectiveness and speed with which valuations can be completed using the system, RPG has been approached by software vendors and other valuation firms about licensing its system to Valuers throughout Australia.

The founder, Ron Gedeon has worked in the property and finance industry for over 18 years and is a Registered Valuer without limitation. Mr Gedeon has formal qualifications in business and finance and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Securities Institute of Australia (ASIA), Real Estate Institute and Mortgage Industry Association of Australia.

Mr Gedeon and RPG are on the panel of numerous financial and lending organisations including BankWest, ING Bank, Bank of Queensland, Macquarie Bank, International Commercial Bank of China, Adelaide Bank, AFIG and RESIMAC, just to name a few.
